Trauma is something we all experience; it’s the teacher of our evolution whether we want to admit it or not.
The hardships, challenges, and devastating moments of our lives illuminate our values and priorities; at least that is the role of them.
It is within hardship that we loose ourselves but also where we can find ourselves if we choose to.
Our life lessons aren’t meant to be the entirety of our story, but opportunities for us to find deeper layers of ourselves, ways we build our resilience and strength, & truly get closer to humility.
It is when we hold onto our trauma that it becomes toxic.
When we disallow ourselves to let go of suffering, pain, negativity that is when it morphs into the “ugly” part of trauma.
-
The illness and dysfunction in the body, mental health imbalances, self abandonment + sabotage, inabilities to be present in life, disassociated from ourselves, anxiousness and depression takes over control of how we “live” aka survive our lives.
This is the ugly side of trauma, because of a lack of support, resources, and safe space this is what trauma becomes.
This is where we lean into martyrdom, victimhood, and where we develop patterns + ways of living to support the fragility of “peace” within by just going through the motions of life.
But if you’ve found yourself here, to this corner of the world it means something within you is ready to reclaim that power of your life; here is where trauma can be an opportunity.
Where we choose to let the light in to any darkness, no issue is too small or too big.
I tell people if you’ve found my work something much bigger has helped you get here, so trust in that because our lives are meant to be so much more than just our pain.
I made a vow to myself as a young girl that I would one day be an adult who made a difference in the world, that I would choose to do things that truly helped even it was hard.
My entire life path has molded, supported and broken me in the ways needed to do the work I do + I truly know spirit has walked along side me every stye of the way (even when I was convinced I was completely alone) to bring me to this place of being a sacred keeper of the medicine that weaves through me.
I walk along side you as a guide as you find the ways to let the light in.
This is not a job for me, this is my soul’s calling.
Trauma release in this corner of the world is a completely unique healing experience found only at
The Hallow Bone Collective.
The work I do is not one singular course or certification taken.
It’s a compilation of multiple healing modalities + is led by spirit and your body.
No two sessions are the same.
There are now over 160 charts that I ask spirit to guide me through as I read the intention in which you are coming with + I find what is the highest priority to bring the most efficient amount of healing.
As I navigate through the charts I am also openly channeling to allow any messages or guidance from spirit to help me get to the root causation of imbalance.
This means there is a multitude of information available; SRT charting systems, anatomical body alignment, past lives, akashic records, soul retrieval, inner child + shadow work, somatic nervous system work, and shamanistic ceremony are all lenses in which I work through.
You will not find this type of session else where.
We start every session, the release, return and remembrance with discussing what came forward in the charts along with the channeled information brought in by spirit.
Once we’ve discussed and answered all questions via the charts oracle cards are then pulled so any messages awaiting you from spirit can be heard and understood.
We then finish the session with integration, grounding and support for the body via bodywork.
The bodywork is an intuitive energetic and physical manipulation of fascia, tissue and organ structures to recenter the body for realignment.
This is hands on bodywork with energetic practices woven into it.
This where we find + activate your breath to allow for life force to begin to circulate through your body effectively.
Once the bodywork is completed clients take their time coming back to the room + have a few minutes to return to your physical body.
We close the session with an integrative run-through of any questions prior to end of session and final weaving of all the information which leaves people feeling light, open & clear on steps moving forward.
If you have found this work of mine, the call has already been answered but the question is;
will you choose to let the light in?
